General Questions

How do I book an appointment?

For studio services like brows, lash lifts, or occasion makeup, you can book directly through the online booking system over on The Studio Page. For bridal bookings, please visit the Bridal Services Page.

What services do you offer?

While I specialise in bridal makeup, I also offer HD Brows, Brow Lamination, Lash Lifts, and full makeup applications for any occasion. You can see the full list of services and pricing on The Studio Page.

Do you offer mobile appointments?

Yes, I can travel for group bookings or special event makeup (think red carpet or awards), subject to availability. Studio services like brows and lashes are only available at my home studio.

How far in advance should I book?

For studio appointments, my online booking system is open 12 weeks in advance. For bridal bookings, please check the Bridal FAQ Page.

Do I need a patch test for brow and lash treatments?

Yes, a patch test is required at least 48 hours before any brow or lash treatment, even if you’ve had it done elsewhere before.

What’s the difference between HD Brows and Brow Lamination?

HD Brows focuses on precision shaping, tinting, and grooming to give you defined, beautiful brows. Brow Lamination lifts and sets your brow hairs for a fuller, more styled look. Both treatments include tinting and shaping.

How long do treatments last?

HD Brows typically last around 4 weeks, while Brow Lamination and LVL Lash Lifts can last between 6-8 weeks, depending on your hair growth and care routine. Regular maintenance is key to keeping your results looking fresh.

Payment & Policies

What’s your cancellation policy?

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your studio appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Bridal bookings follow a separate policy, which is outlined in your contract.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept debit cards, credit cards, cash, and BACS. Payment for studio services is due on the day of your appointment.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, gift vouchers are available for all services and make the perfect gift for someone special. You can purchase them via email or in the studio.

What should I do if I need to reschedule?

If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll do my best to find another available date that works for you.
